PaSBench-Video: A Streaming Video Benchmark for Proactive Safety Warning

We introduce PaSBench-Video, a streaming video benchmark for proactive safety warning. The benchmark contains 740 videos across driving, healthcare, daily life, and industrial production, with frame-level annotations for risk onset and accident boundaries, plus a no-risk split for false-positive evaluation.
